Connecting the online user journey, for Leeds based events consultant Roxy Robinson.
Roxy’s question: “I’ve had a strong presence on social media platforms for a number of years. Now I need a website to promote and sell my new book. I want the website to be a central place where I can direct my followers to and publish a regular blog.”
What we did: I asked Roxy to complete a short Q&A session about what she wanted the website to achieve and then drew up ideas for the type of content she’d need as well as a plan for the number of pages the website should have and the user journey layout.
I then got to work in wordpress to create a simple but effective site which Roxy would be able to update and self manage.
